They are pre-cut cellulose acetate filter tips for roll-your-own cigarettes — what the Indonesian market calls filter rokok linting or filter tingwe. Each tip is cut from the same cellulose acetate filter rods we supply to cigarette factories, so a hand-rolled cigarette gets the identical filtration medium used on an industrial production line. They are a filter accessory only: they contain no tobacco and are sold to adults 18+ only.

Two constructions: mono acetate, and capsule with a crushable flavour bead. Mono acetate is available in Super Slim 5.3 mm, Slim 6.0 mm and Regular 7.7 mm, with 6.5 mm and 8.0 mm also quoted, and stock cut lengths of 15, 20, 22 and 25 mm; the capsule construction is supplied as a fixed 100 mm segment. Specifications are flexible — diameter, cut length, wrapping, draw resistance / pressure drop and pack count are all set per order, and any size outside the list is still reviewed. Exact tolerances are confirmed on technical review rather than promised on a web page.

Yes. Private label is a standard route: you supply the logo, colours, artwork and aroma identity, and we produce and fill the packs to your brand. The manufacturing standard does not change with the label — packaging is a format choice, never a quality tier, so a private-label pack and a plain pouch are filled from the same production run of acetate filter tips.

Three steps. First, you confirm your brand and format — artwork, colours, aroma identity, pack size and construction. Second, we produce the filter tips and fill the packs on our own lines in Batam. Third, you receive shelf-ready stock, packed for your market and ready to place on a counter or in a distributor carton. MOQ and commercial terms for private label are quoted on request against your specification.

The core retail format is a resealable zip-lock pouch in 100 / 250 / 500 piece counts, with custom counts available. Above that sits a 12-pack presentation box, which doubles as the distributor unit, and private label in your own artwork. Other formats are made on request: pocket tube, hinged tin, blister card, refill bag, counter dispenser and bulk carton.

Four. Tier 01, bulk and unbranded — loose filter tips, no packaging, for repackers and buyers who fill their own. Tier 02, private label — your artwork on your own brand. Tier 03, turnkey — we design the brand and the box for you as well as producing the filter. Tier 04, retail small quantity — finished packs in small volumes. The first three are trade terms and the fourth is retail; MOQ and terms are confirmed on request for every tier.

Yes. Bulk cartons and refill bags cover repackers, wholesalers and buyers who do their own filling, while pouches, tubes, tins, blister cards and counter dispensers cover retail. The same acetate filter tips go into all of them; only the presentation changes.

We are the manufacturer, so there is no trader in between: you deal directly with the factory that makes the filter rods, which keeps pricing, lead time and specification control in one place. Specifications are flexible rather than catalogue-fixed, technical support covers spec review and development samples before you commit, and production scales from a first trial order to ongoing container volumes on the same lines.

We review your specification against what our filter rod lines can actually run, flag anything that will not hold in production, and produce a development sample to the agreed spec. Once you approve that sample it becomes your standing production spec, so repeat orders of hand-rolling filter tips reproduce the same draw and the same finish.

Mono acetate is a plain cellulose acetate tip: it filters and shapes the draw, and the cut length you choose sets the finished tip size. A capsule tip adds a crushable flavour bead inside the acetate — the smoker crushes it to release the aroma. We offer capsules in Original, Matcha, Espresso, Latte, Strawberry, Lavender and Apple Mint, and other aromas can be developed on request.

In Batam, Indonesia, inside the Batam Free Trade Zone — which sits on the main Singapore shipping lane and simplifies export handling for overseas buyers. Production, cutting and packing all happen at our own facility there, which is why packaging format and specification can be changed per order.
